Silverstone Helicopters, a joint venture between Sloane Helicopters and Fresh Air, has been awarded the contract by Silverstone Circuits to provide aviation services at the
Northamptonshire race circuit.
In addition to general aviation support at the circuit, Silverstone Helicopters will be providing a full range of flight training, pleasure flying and charter operations throughout 2016 and beyond from their headquarters at the Circuit.
Silverstone Helicopters will draw on the vast experiences and capabilities of Sloane and Fresh Air. Sloane is the UK and Ireland distributor for Finmeccanica and Robinson helicopters as well as having active flight operations, engineering and flight training departments. Their head office is at Sywell Aerodrome, Northampton, with engineering bases at Enniskillen and RAF Northolt.
Fresh Air, the other major partner in Silverstone Helicopters, is based in Oxford and offers bespoke helicopter charter and helicopter management services for both private and business customers as well being experienced in major event heliport operations.

Silverstone Helicopters will be commencing operations from Silverstone Circuit from
18th February 2016.
